Cooling-Off Period
•    Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
•    To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
•    For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened or unsealed.
Return Process
1.    Email us at support@re-plen.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.    We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
3.    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
•    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
•    Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
•    Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Damaged or Faulty Items
•    If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
•    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
